Troy NY Beautification

Redesign of a dilapidated housing project in upstate New York focused on revitalizing the building envelope and resident experience. The envelope was reconfigured to accommodate larger window openings, improving daylight and visual connection. A rearticulated brick façade pattern was developed to strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, with integrated greenery along the façade to enhance environmental performance and neighborhood presence.
