NYC SCA Dance Studio

Conversion of an existing girls’ locker room, bathroom, and shower facilities within a NYC public school into a contemporary dance studio. The project included the creation of a fully ADA-compliant changing room and restroom, supporting accessibility and inclusive use. The studio was designed with a focus on health, performance, and sustainability, featuring sprung maple wood flooring for dancer safety, zero-VOC paints to improve indoor air quality, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.
